What we actually do all day.
astra.it started in 2023 doing websites for businesses around Arusha. It grew into the rest of it because clients kept asking — the site was live but the office Wi-Fi kept dropping, or the shop needed cameras, or nobody was posting to the Instagram account.
So now we do both halves: the digital work and the physical work. We build the sites and run the campaigns, and we also climb the ladder, run the cable and configure the router. It means one number to call when something is wrong, and nobody blaming a different supplier.
We are a small team. That is a limit — we cannot take every job — but it is also why the person who quotes your project is the person who works on it.

Three habits we keep.
We work on site
Plenty of the work is physical — cable runs, camera mounts, access points on the right wall. We do that part ourselves rather than subcontracting it and hoping.
We explain the trade-off
Every choice on a project costs something, whether that is money, time or flexibility later. You get told which is which, in plain language, before you decide.
We hand everything over
Domains, hosting, logins, source files. They are registered in your name and you get the keys. Nothing about working with us should be hard to walk away from.
