Most complaints about internet in Arusha are not about the line. They are about how it was fitted. This is what we do on every job, at every price.

We come and look
A free site survey. We check the signal where you actually are, count the rooms and devices, and tell you which package makes sense — including when that is the cheaper one.

We install
Usually a single visit. Equipment mounted, cable run neatly, router and access points configured on the spot. Most homes take an afternoon.

We test, then hand over
We walk the property with a speed test, secure the network, and show you how to change the password and add guests before we leave.

- What if there is no coverage where I am?
- We tell you during the site survey, before you pay anything. If we cannot deliver a stable line to your building we will say so rather than install something that will disappoint you.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- No. Packages are billed monthly. You can move up or down a speed tier at the start of any month — a lot of customers start on 10 Mbps and move to 20 once the whole household is on it.
- Is installation included in the monthly price?
- Installation is quoted separately, because it depends on cable runs and how many access points your building needs. You get the figure in writing after the survey, and it does not change afterwards.
- What happens when something breaks?
- You message us on WhatsApp. We are in Arusha, not a call centre in another country, and most faults are either fixed remotely the same day or we come out.
