We take on what we can finish properly. That means turning work down sometimes, and it means we are not the right fit for a business that needs a large vendor with a service desk and a ticket queue.
What it does mean is continuity. The same people survey the site, run the cable, build the thing and pick up the phone afterwards — so nothing gets lost being handed between departments, and nobody has to be brought up to speed on your setup a year later.
